- Work directly in Adobe Creative Cloud
- Explore AI's role alongside photography, film, design, motion, 3D, and traditional production
- Create mood boards, treatments, storyboards, layouts, key visuals, and presentations
- Defend creative work in English and German
- Build trusted client relationships
- Translate client feedback into clear creative action
- Lead productions from pre-production through post-production
- Maintain high standards of visual craft, accuracy, and brand consistency
- Use AI tools for exploration, visualization, storyboarding, and hybrid production
- Mentor junior creatives
- Contribute positively to the wider team
