- 5+ years as Security Engineer or equivalent
- Experience in high-growth SaaS, E-commerce, or Fintech
- API and web security expertise, potential attack vectors, and scalable best practices
- Expertise in cloud technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Experience diving deep into SaaS application business logic for attack vectors
- Proficiency in Terraform for securing infrastructure and integrating security testing
- Proficiency in programming language for scripting and security tooling
- Proven track record driving security initiatives with ownership
- Preferred: Experience in modern application tech stack (GCP, Golang, TypeScript)
- Preferred: Experience with PCI DSS script security
- Preferred: Red or Purple Team operations, advanced penetration testing, and vulnerability remediation collaboration
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or related technical field

- Maintain security controls
- Conduct code and configuration security reviews
- Advocate for secure coding practices
- Automate security checks into CI/CD pipelines
- Promote security-as-code methodology
- Partner on vulnerability triage

- Perform security tests
- Coordinate threat modeling
- Translate security requirements into technical controls
- Automate evidence collection
- Configure platform settings
