- Deep knowledge in ORACLE DBMS, complex data model analysis, Oracle DB performance analysis and bottleneck identification, SQL statement implementation/optimization, PL/SQL packages/functions/procedures writing
- Deep knowledge in LINUX and shell script writing
- Ability to read Java programming language code and support development in bug fixing and optimization
- Technical architect skills to support software development
- Proven ability to work in complex business environment within financial industry value chain
- Organizational talent, high initiative, high conflict ability, and analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Motivation and passion for service excellence and client focus

- Maintain and change complex infrastructures for Account Payments services
- Involve subject matter experts for stable and well-performing infrastructure
- Ensure stability of daily business operations
- Drive future infrastructure optimizations
- Manage and change infrastructure capabilities for Account Payments products
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of critical applications
- Plan, design, deploy, and monitor applications
- Continuously improve application availability and performance
- Manage cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Align delivery with business goals, budgets, and timelines
- Manage project risk
- Define and govern application roadmaps and technical standards
- Own release management and change control processes
- Manage incident response
- Drive service reliability and operational excellence
