You will drive operational excellence by building high-impact analytics products and KPIs, ensuring the company’s fleet and mobility services scale efficiently through data-driven decisions.

Anforderungen

• •Ownership of end-to-end analytics products
• •Proven track record of business impact
• •Expert-level SQL skills
• •Strong experience with dbt
• •Proficiency with Superset, Looker, or similar
• •Ability to work autonomously
• •Experience with Snowflake, BigQuery, or similar
• •Familiarity with Airbyte, Hightouch, NiFi, OpenFlow
• •Ability to handle light engineering work
• •Understanding of time-series and operational metrics
• •Experience in fast-paced startup environments
• •Familiarity with Python, JavaScript, or similar
• •Exposure to mobility or logistics domains
• •Strong product-oriented mindset

Aufgaben

• •Own end-to-end analytics solutions using SQL and dbt
• •Build dashboards and deliver insights via Superset, Grafana, and Dekart
• •Partner with Operations and Product leaders to identify opportunities
• •Define and refine key performance indicators
• •Drive continuous performance improvement through data
• •Optimize fleet readiness and maintenance performance
• •Improve vehicle positioning and charging efficiency
• •Design self-serve dashboards and real-time alert systems
• •Translate operational questions into actionable data solutions
• •Collaborate with Data Science teams on tooling and standards
• •Build scalable and long-term data foundations
