Anforderungen
- Strong FICO background, work ethic, and integrity
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or similar

- More than 5 years SAP FICO experience
- SAP full cycle project experience as FICO consultant
- Basic finance and controlling concepts knowledge
- Familiar with finance accounting submodules
- Experience of data migration methodology (fixed asset, G/L master, inventory)
- SAP FICO module configuration and support ability
- Familiar with FICO integration with MM and SD modules
- FICO validation, substitution, or enhancements experience required
- Payment interface with bank desired
- Material Ledger and Project Systems skill is a plus
- ABAP debug skill is a plus
- Knowledge of Business Warehouse (BW) preferred
- Analytical and flexible approaches in projects
- Coordination of available resources
- Excellent performance and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Ability to manage own workload
- Ability to collaborate with users
- Strong desire to host workshops
- Good communication skills
- Good customer service skills
Aufgaben
- Provide 24x7 support for FICO (Finance and Controlling) in Magna IT
- Support Magna divisions, especially in the Americas region
- Discuss with users and host workshops
- Define and initiate FICO improvement projects
- Manage project status and schedule
- Analyze business requirements and identify gaps
- Identify feasible SAP solutions and estimate effort
- Implement solutions using SAP configuration, master data, or code
- Support SAP roll-out projects
- Provide day-to-day SAP end-user support, including month-end closing
- Assist in global E-invoicing implementation
- Train users in groups and divisions
- Create a positive work environment by sharing knowledge
- Contribute to a high-morale, high-performance team culture
- Evaluate applications and identify enhancement opportunities
- Coordinate with external consultants and internal team members
- Track time and document activities according to Magna Global IT standards
- Ensure billing of projects and changes
- Design practical, creative, and conceptual technical solutions
- Adhere to standards for design, coding, testing, and deployment
- Maintain documentation of invoice processing procedures
- Fulfill SLAs to divisions
- Minimize problems and escalations
- Ensure project time exceeds 30%
- Support new SAP implementations
- Configure and support the FICO module in SAP
- Validate and enhance FICO functionalities
- Review and work up development requests and specs for ABAP programmers
- Adopt analytical and flexible approaches in projects
- Manage own workload independently
- Collaborate with users and host workshops
