Anforderungen

• •At least 7 years experience in digital design, creative direction, motion, or marketing technology
• •Hands-on fluency with modern AI tools and automation workflows
• •Strong ability to interpret creative performance data and convert insights into visual direction
• •Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma; working knowledge of collaboration and data tools
• •Strategic and structured mindset with high curiosity for innovation and experimentation
• •Excellent collaboration and communication skills across creative, technical, and business teams
• •Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus

• •Establish governance and standards for AI tools
• •Conduct trainings and demos for designers and marketers
• •Collaborate with external partners for asset production
• •Build dashboards linking creative decisions to engagement
• •Track ROI and help Marketing understand creative impact
