Anforderungen
- •5+ years in B2B sales or key account management
- •Experience in medical device, pharma, or healthcare sectors
- •Proven track record of revenue growth
- •Proven commercial success and domain understanding
- •Proficiency in CRM systems
- •Experience in agile, fast-paced commercial environments
- •Exposure to digital health, MedTech innovation, or data-driven sales approaches
- •Strong commercial acumen
- •Willingness for regular travel
- •Language skills: German (C1/C2), English (C1/C2)
- •Familiarity with ISO 10993, ISO 18562, EU MDR
- •Experience managing international clients
- •Advanced degree or certification in regulatory affairs, MedTech, or business strategy
- •Knowledge of GLP/GMP environments
- •Consultative selling with a solution-oriented mindset
- •Excellent stakeholder management
- •Strong presentation and negotiation capabilities
- •High situational awareness and interpersonal tact
- •Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity
