Senior Account Manager, Sales, Multinational Accounts(m/w/x)
Driving sales strategy for injectable medicines with existing and new multinational accounts. Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of cross-functional team management in pharma/medical devices required. Up to 78 business days per year, comprehensive health support.
Anforderungen
- Bachelor's Degree in Science or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years relevant work experience in management or supervision of cross-functional teams
- Prior experience in similar industry or field
- Knowledge of rubber/elastomer technology or pharmaceutical/medical device industry
- Ability to synergize and drive collaboration between cross-functional team members
- Driven by passion for customers and change management experience
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Disciplined, self-motivated, and results-oriented
- Resourceful and able to influence and navigate effectively in a matrix environment
- Matured and able to maintain poise under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ensure high ethical standards and compliance with laws and policies
- Able to comply with company safety policy
Aufgaben
- Achieve financial and operational objectives for West business
- Partner with Sales Director and cross-functional teams
- Develop and execute local business strategies and tactics
- Create business plans aligned with organizational strategy
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities with existing and new accounts
- Understand and address customer needs and feedback
- Build and leverage relationships with key customers
- Lead execution of tailored key account plans
- Implement market strategy for West products and solutions
- Participate in and drive external events and meetings
- Manage local sales processes and CRM system
- Ensure data integrity in CRM
- Use Key Account Management tools to build customer relationships
- Maintain accuracy of monthly and quarterly reports
- Optimize account value with cross-functional and cross-regional resources
- Implement pricing strategies for customer segments
- Ensure clients and distributors comply with contracts
- Perform other relevant duties and projects
- Adhere to all regulations, policies, and safety rules
