Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in sales or related field
- Proven track record of success in full-cycle sales in German market, preferably SaaS or subscription-based environment
- Strategic mindset and strong initiative, motivated by growing into leadership role
- Knowledge of HR domain (preferred, not required)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to represent company effectively
- Comfortable in fast-paced environment, quick recovery from setbacks, sees challenges as growth opportunities
- Enjoyment of working in international team, valuing collaboration, curiosity, and good humor
- Native German and fluent English
Aufgaben
- Leverage professional network to find new business opportunities
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events
- Develop prospecting strategies on LinkedIn
- Position yourself as a trusted industry expert in the German market
- Identify and engage high-potential sales opportunities
- Collaborate with the Marketing team on lead qualification
- Understand and address the needs of potential German clients
- Secure qualified appointments with prospects
- Present solutions and communicate value to clients
- Prepare and negotiate commercial offers
- Close sales deals
- Use CRM Salesforce and marketing automation tool Outreach
- Suggest and implement new sales techniques
- Optimize lead qualification processes
- Share best practices with the sales team
- Mentor new team members
