- Expertise in secure architecture, network design, and cloud integration
- International experience and recognized industry certifications as a plus
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity best practices
- Familiarity with Zero Trust principles and regulatory standards
- Excellent communication and technical explanation skills
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Customer- and results-oriented approach to work
- Highly developed analytical and conceptual capabilities
- High sense of responsibility and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Very good written and spoken German and English
Aufgaben
- Translate security policies into technical solutions
- Support business continuity and secure service delivery
- Design and operate pragmatic security architectures
- Embed security controls into IT environments
- Identify and mitigate IT security risks proactively
- Integrate security into system design and changes
- Collaborate on incident response and vulnerability management
- Monitor threats and drive remediation actions
- Support regulatory and internal compliance requirements
