Anforderungen

• •Ph.D. in a relevant field
• •More than 10 years of experience in CMC development
• •Solid understanding of drug substance/drug product interfaces
• •Experience in development of crystallization/milling/finishing steps
• •Experience with classical and non-classical synthetic molecules
• •Strategic thinking skills
• •Strong teamwork skills
• •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• •Experience in talent management
• •Skilled in managing laboratory operations
• •Proficient in budget and resource planning

Aufgaben

• •Lead and manage the Particle Design section with approximately 20 employees
• •Hire, mentor, and develop team members
• •Identify skills, potential, and aspirations of team members
• •Coach employees on current performance and future potential
• •Develop and implement strategies for the section and organization
• •Ensure successful commercialization of manufacturing processes for drug substances
• •Scout and deploy innovative methodologies in crystallization and co-processing
• •Coach team members in scientific discussions with internal teams
• •Plan, execute, and resolve project-related challenges
• •Organize internal and external resources for project portfolio management
• •Coordinate work processes with partners and stakeholders
• •Promote collaboration with internal and external clients and partners
• •Ensure modern equipment standards and system support in laboratories
• •Manage proactive resource planning and capital investments
• •Ensure adherence to Roche Policies and standards for Safety, Health, and Environmental Protection
