- Coach employees on current performance and future potential
- Develop and implement strategies for the section and organization
- Ensure successful commercialization of manufacturing processes for drug substances
- Scout and deploy innovative methodologies in crystallization and co-processing
- Coach team members in scientific discussions with internal teams
- Plan, execute, and resolve project-related challenges
- Organize internal and external resources for project portfolio management
- Coordinate work processes with partners and stakeholders
- Promote collaboration with internal and external clients and partners
- Ensure modern equipment standards and system support in laboratories
- Manage proactive resource planning and capital investments
- Ensure adherence to Roche Policies and standards for Safety, Health, and Environmental Protection
