Anforderungen
- 3+ years seafreight, ocean freight, freight forwarding, import logistics, carrier management, or international supply chain operations
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business Administration, or related field
- Solid understanding of ocean freight processes, bookings, shipping documentation, Incoterms, customs interfaces, container planning, and carrier operations
- Experience managing freight forwarders, carriers, logistics partners, and freight rate structures, including contract and spot market rates
- Strong analytical mindset with Excel proficiency; ERP systems, transport management tools, or market intelligence platforms experience is a plus
- Strong affinity for operational data, KPIs, and freight cost analysis; ability to translate insights into actions and process improvements
- Hands-on, structured, and proactive working style with strong ownership and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced international environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; confidence in challenging external partners on performance and service quality
- Fluency in English; German is a plus

- Manage end-to-end seafreight operations
- Coordinate with shippers, freight forwarders, and carriers
- Monitor shipment visibility and KPIs
- Drive contract compliance and service quality
- Analyze and manage freight costs
- Improve logistics partner performance
- Optimize consolidation hub models
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Support freight tenders and negotiations
- Identify and mitigate operational risks
- Develop and maintain SOPs
- Implement scalable processes
