- Ability to obtain TESA visa in Germany - BA/BS + 5 years, AA/AS + 7 years, major cert + 9 years, OR 11 years specialized KM/IT experience
- 3 years managing IT projects using Agile Scrum or Kanban in military HQ/joint command
- 5 years software development, engineering, or IT system/network architecture
- Scrum Master certification
- Experience with Agile development environments, ServiceNow, Confluence/JIRA, or similar KM platforms
- Strong communication skills, ability to brief senior leaders, collaborative, fast-paced environment
- Expertise in qualitative user research methods, structured user interviews, interview guides, uncovering user motivations/behaviors
- DoD 8570.1 IAT Level II certification, ability to obtain Security+ within 90 days
- Experience with SAFe
- System Analysis experience
- Experience with IT Service Management
- Experience with network and IT monitoring concepts
- Experience using, deploying or supporting ServiceNow, Splunk or Tableau
- ITILv4 Certification
Aufgaben
- Facilitate Scrum and Agile ceremonies
- Lead sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
- Provide strategic technical leadership
- Ensure alignment with client needs and program goals
- Support sustainable team pace and improve delivery predictability
- Track and collect Agile metrics
- Remove impediments and address blockers
- Support backlog refinement and release planning
- Create meeting agendas and track action items
- Facilitate team communications and updates
- Prepare briefings on product status
- Foster effective communication between teams and stakeholders
- Manage customer expectations in a fast-paced environment
- Assist with contract deliverable documentation
