Aufgaben
- Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Facilitate daily stand-ups to ensure transparency
- Operate and evolve enterprise cloud and Kubernetes platforms
- Ensure high availability and performance across environments
- Partner with the Product Owner to refine backlogs
- Identify bottlenecks and drive technical root-cause analysis
- Implement corrective actions within team processes
- Maintain compliance with security and change management policies
- Foster a collaborative environment using Scrum principles
