- Flexibility, independence, adaptability to changing priorities
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset, strong attention to detail
- Strong English communication skills; German skills advantageous
Aufgaben
- Collect, evaluate, and summarize data in MODA and LIMS
- Interpret and confirm conclusions using digital tools
- Document GMP-relevant activities
- Lead investigations of alert or action level excursions
- Drive root-cause investigations
- Align corrective measures with key stakeholders
- Create DMS documents
- Review DMS documents
- Approve DMS documents
- Improve QC monitoring processes
- Implement QC monitoring updates
- Manage MODA-related changes under change-control procedures
- Represent the team in inspections, audits, and customer visits
