Aufgaben
- Design, execute, and evaluate experiments in the Drug Product Lab
- Focus on formulation, filling, lyophilization, and capping
- Work with small-scale and pilot-scale automated setups
- Collaborate with MS&T, CMC, QA, QC, and manufacturing teams
- Support process improvements, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management
- Identify experiment limitations and issues
- Analyze causes of issues and propose solutions
- Prepare technical reports and summaries
- Use scale-down models for process characterization and optimization
- Use standardized methods for process characterization and optimization
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Comply with quality standards
- Support lab operations with common lab tasks
- Procure lab supplies and manage inventory
- Introduce new technologies to the lab
- Assist in deviation investigations
- Assist in continuous improvement projects
