- In-depth expertise in fundamental pharmaceutical unit operations

- Familiarity with modern product-characterization analytical techniques (desirable)
- Hands-on experience in melt extrusion (strong advantage)
- Hands-on experience in polymer-based extended-release systems (strong advantage)
- High scientific competence

Aufgaben
- Contribute to CMC development of parenteral drug products
- Focus on formulation and analytics for early-stage IVT delivery systems
- Design scientific technology and innovation projects for IVT applications
- Execute scientific technology and innovation projects experimentally
- Collaborate closely with internal and external partners
- Take on functional leadership of a CMC deliverable or sub-team
- Manage defined work packages from planning through execution
- Develop formulation and process development concepts
- Document formulation and process development concepts
- Lead scientific and technical staff
- Support supervision of interns, PhD candidates, and postdocs
- Research and evaluate current scientific literature
- Identify potential new applications
- Present relevant insights within the IVT Development group
