In this role, you will leverage AI and Machine Learning to enhance protein and antibody engineering, collaborating with diverse teams to drive innovative drug discovery and deliver transformative medicines to patients.

Anforderungen

• •PhD in Computational Biology, Protein Engineering, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or related discipline
• •Expert-level understanding of protein and antibody structure–function relationships
• •Strong hands-on experience in machine learning and deep learning
• •Proven ability to work at application and implementation levels
• •Advanced programming expertise in Python and deep learning frameworks
• •Strong scientific track record with first-author publications
• •Excellent communication skills and collaborative mindset
• •Experience with molecular dynamics simulations is a plus

Aufgaben

• •Apply Machine Learning methods to complex research questions in Large Molecule Drug Discovery
• •Develop and implement generative models to predict protein structure and function
• •Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate and clean biological data
• •Design and engineer new proteins and antibodies using advanced computational techniques
• •Facilitate collaboration between experimental scientists and computational experts
• •Contribute to scientific innovation through publications and presentations
