- Ensure clear priorities and effective implementation of innovation initiatives
- Lead implementation of innovation ideas into the marketplace
- Focus on feasibility, speed, and value creation during implementation
- Drive optimized ways of working by adopting digital tools
- Continuously improve processes to enhance efficiency
- Foster strong external collaboration with suppliers, academia, and partners
- Accelerate innovation through external collaboration
- Evaluate benefits and trade-offs of external collaboration against internal research
