Scientific Education Manager - Dental Solutions(m/w/x)

Anforderungen

• Dentist degree or higher
• Fluency in English and French (spoken and written)
• Experience in curriculum design and delivery for healthcare professionals
• Strong understanding of aligners, biomechanics, materials, and software systems
• Familiarity with restorative workflow and digital treatment planning
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong customer focus and organisational skills
• Motivation and teamwork skills
• Current, valid driver’s license
• Clinical experience in orthodontics and dentistry
• Goal orientation
• MS Office knowledge
• Willingness to travel internationally
• Legally authorized to work without sponsorship

Aufgaben

• Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), clinicians, and academic advisors
• Support KOLs in creating high-quality content that reinforces scientific evidence and education
• Organize educational programs across EMEA for training customers on Solventum materials
• Present clinical and technical information to Solventum teams, customers, associations, and universities
• Provide specialized clinical support to orthodontists and dentists on digitally designed orthodontic products
• Train clinical advisors, KOLs, and university staff on Clear Tray Aligners and customized products
• Participate in online and face-to-face industry symposia, conferences, and congresses
• Share clinical insights and gather customer feedback to enhance market awareness
• Ensure compliance with local and regional standards while monitoring product quality
