- Collaborate with engineering for optimal designs
- Present reports to interpret platform outputs
- Provide recommendations for project decisions
- Build strong relationships with users and stakeholders
- Identify additional projects for Cradle’s platform
- Collaborate with sales to expand relationships
- Measure and monitor customer satisfaction
- Gather and implement customer feedback
- Guide product development to meet customer needs
