Aufgaben
- Design and develop high-impact Scholarship and Talent programs
- Build partnerships and secure funding from foundations, patrons, and corporations
- Establish organizational structures for program implementation
- Manage selection processes for program participants
- Oversee program implementation and Community and Alumni Management
- Drive Talent Scouting in collaboration with the Scholarship Team and universities
- Utilize marketing resources to promote scholarship programs
- Ensure Scholarship programs support the Entrepreneurship funnel
