Aufgaben
- Implement advanced planning, scheduling, progress measurement, and change management
- Apply advanced planning and scheduling techniques, risk analysis, and risk management
- Support project objectives through planning and scheduling expertise
- Provide planning and scheduling best practices for the region
- Analyze baseline deviations in the Project Master schedule
- Highlight bottlenecks and delays, proposing corrective actions
- Implement Project Planning/Scheduling strategy, plans, and procedures
- Coordinate development and implementation of Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS)
- Support the Project Team in implementing an integrated enterprise-based, cross-functional EPC master schedule program
- Prepare staffing, engineering, and construction progress reports
- Prepare customized reports
- Perform Critical Path Analysis
- Perform probabilistic analysis on integrated and contractor schedules
- Conduct project schedule analysis, critical path analysis, and schedule risk analysis
- Prepare Integrated Planning/Scheduling contribution for Monthly Project Reports
- Prepare specific reports and presentations
- Analyze and highlight overall schedule impact of variances and change orders
- Prepare resourcing plans for overall and individual project phases
- Identify excessive peak resourcing numbers and recommend peak leveling
- Ensure schedule-related data from vendors, suppliers, and contractors feeds into planning and scheduling systems
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of produced schedules
- Maintain independence as a planning engineer when advising on judgment-requiring issues
- Balance multiple projects executed in multiple locations by multiple contractors
