- Master’s degree in Aerospace, Telecommunications, Electronics, Computer Science or related Engineering
- Proven IT Infrastructure experience for Satellite Communication and Control systems (GEO/LEO satellites)
- IT Infrastructure design experience (GEO/LEO Mission Management topics)
- Network aspects experience (routing, switching, VLAN, firewall configuration)
- Unix environment and scripting languages experience (bash, python)
- Hardware configuration experience (rack mounting, BIOS, iLO, iDRAC)
- Virtualization and automation experience (Proxmox, Docker, Ansible, Terraform, Git, PXE boot)
- General system administration tasks experience (Repository manager, keycloak, AD, Antivirus, UHD, IP Address management)
- Familiarity producing ECSS-80C/ECSS-40C Documentation (DJFs, ICDs, VCDs)
- Knowledge of modern System Engineering methods (MBSE, CAMEO, EA) is a plus
- Knowledge of AGILE Development Lifecycle (Kanban, SCRUM) is a plus
- Ability to operate and communicate in multi-national team
- English and German fluent
Aufgaben
- Define and analyze customer requirements
- Contribute to system and software requirements
- Ensure robustness and compatibility with existing components
- Define IT system architecture
- Focus on virtualization and containerization
- Coordinate with subcontractors during system design
- Conduct analysis on system non-conformances
- Address discrepancies and waivers
- Analyze validation test data
- Ensure systems and processes meet criteria
- Plan and conduct IVV phase
- Focus on SCC infrastructure integration and testing
