Aufgaben
- Lead and build a second SAP development team in Germany
- Plan and implement high-quality software solutions in SAP ABAP/FIORI/BTP projects
- Develop and advise on Clean Core competencies within the team
- Contribute to full-stack development, from server-based systems to user interfaces
- Write efficient code following SAP best practices and coding standards
- Identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions in presales activities
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers
- Evaluate customer requirements and support proposal development and solutions presentations
- Shape business relationships with partners, especially SAP Germany
- Mentor young professionals and take technical responsibility for consultants
- Continuously develop both hard and soft skills
