Anforderungen

  • •Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • •8+ years of experience in SAP in Supply Chain roles, including 5+ years in SAP engineering leadership
  • •Proven track record in delivering and managing SAP Supply chain solutions in enterprise environments
  • •Hands-on experience with SAP modules (e.g., SD/MM, STO Processes, procurement)
  • •SAP S/4 HANA experience; knowledge about SAP Private/Public cloud solutions is a plus
  • •SAP retail and/or Fashion solutions experience
  • •Agile experience
  • •Strong technical and functional understanding of SAP Supply chain processes in Retail environments
  • •Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
  • •Demonstrated ability to create a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and technical excellence

  • •Lead and mentor cross-functional SAP Supply Chain teams
  • •Manage end-to-end implementation of the SAP CoE
  • •Drive design and implementation of scalable logistics models
  • •Champion SAP best practices in code quality and documentation
  • •Align engineering execution with business goals and priorities
  • •Project manage SAP delivery, including timelines and team supervision
  • •Define and track KPIs for team performance and platform health
  • •Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards
  • •Evaluate emerging SAP functionalities for applicability
  • •Present insights and progress updates to executive leadership
  • •Contribute to hiring and professional development of SAP talent
