- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in SAP in Supply Chain roles, including 5+ years in SAP engineering leadership
- Proven track record in delivering and managing SAP Supply chain solutions in enterprise environments
- Hands-on experience with SAP modules (e.g., SD/MM, STO Processes, procurement)
- SAP S/4 HANA experience; knowledge about SAP Private/Public cloud solutions is a plus
- SAP retail and/or Fashion solutions experience
- Agile experience
- Strong technical and functional understanding of SAP Supply chain processes in Retail environments
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
- Demonstrated ability to create a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and technical excellence
Aufgaben
- Lead and mentor cross-functional SAP Supply Chain teams
- Manage end-to-end implementation of the SAP CoE
- Drive design and implementation of scalable logistics models
- Champion SAP best practices in code quality and documentation
- Align engineering execution with business goals and priorities
- Project manage SAP delivery, including timelines and team supervision
- Define and track KPIs for team performance and platform health
- Ensure compliance with enterprise architecture standards
- Evaluate emerging SAP functionalities for applicability
- Present insights and progress updates to executive leadership
- Contribute to hiring and professional development of SAP talent
