- Advantageous knowledge/experience in SAP SuccessFactors
- Several years project work experience
- Strong consulting expertise
- In-depth knowledge of HR-related topics
- In-depth knowledge of HR processes
- Strong affinity for modern cloud technologies
- High flexibility
- Willingness to travel
- Interest in open and constructive collaboration
- Business-level proficiency in German
- Business-level proficiency in English
Aufgaben
- Design and implement SAP HCM solutions
- Develop custom SAP HCM extensions and programming
- Implement and maintain Fiori self-service solutions
- Manage and coordinate sub-projects
- Advise clients on SAP HCM and SuccessFactors implementation
- Support clients in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors customization
- Ensure quality assurance and documentation
- Provide second- and third-level HCM application support
- Plan and conduct client and internal training sessions
- Contribute to the sales cycle and client presentations
- Participate in knowledge sharing within CNT Competence Teams
- Mentor and coach young professionals
- Guide consultants technically
- Develop hard and soft skills through training
