- Lead SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central projects
- Develop practical HR solutions using best practices
- Technically manage and control your project stream
- Cooperate closely with project management
- Apply HR expertise to design complex technical requirements
- Implement technical solutions with your team
- Create structured documentation
- Conduct workshops and training in German and English
- Cultivate relationships with new and existing customers
- Conduct requirements analyses
- Prepare cost estimates
- Assist with quotations for customer-specific solutions
- Support colleagues in solving complex issues
