Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Several years of security frameworks experience, focus on SAP BTP, SAP S/4HANA, non-SAP systems integration, ideally in regulated (GxP) environment
- Deep expertise in SAP BTP security frameworks, SAP Cloud Identity Services, SAP security best practices, compliance requirements
- Experience applying security design principles (least privilege, defense in depth, segregation of duties)
- Hands-on experience with Single Sign-On (SSO), federated identity management, identity providers (Microsoft Entra ID or SAP Customer Data Cloud)
- Proven experience designing/implementing role-based access control in distributed SAP environments
- Familiarity with security standards (OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect)
- Understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA)
- Experience working in DevOps and Agile environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication in international environments
- Ability to work well under pressure
Aufgaben
- Lead design, configuration, and customization of SAP BTP security services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement security solutions
- Analyze security requirements and define strategies
- Provide technical guidance for efficient and secure integrations
- Establish and maintain security strategies, standards, and guidelines
- Act as service and system owner for SAP Cloud Identity Services
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize authentication and authorization processes
- Stay updated with SAP BTP innovations
- Continuously improve security capabilities and best practices
- Provide technical leadership and mentor team members
- Manage collaboration with external IT providers and SAP (RISE with SAP)
