- Proven experience supporting global SAP landscapes
- Strong hands-on SAP S/4HANA and PCE experience
- Deep understanding of SAP architecture, administration, operations
- SAP S/4HANA Administration
- SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud Edition (PCE)
- SAP Security & Authorizations
- SAP Transport Management
- SAP System Monitoring & Performance Tuning
- SAP Kernel Upgrades & Support Package Implementations
- Client Administration & System Refreshes
- SAP Security Architecture
- Segregation of Duties (SoD)
- SAP Audit & Compliance Controls
- SAP Fiori Security
- SAP Cloud Operations
- Experience with SAP-managed services, hyperscalers, MSPs
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively in multicultural, global teams
- Fluent English communication skills
- SAP Certified Technology Associate – SAP System Administration (SAP S/4HANA)
- Experience with SAP GRC Access Control
- Knowledge of SAP Cloud Identity Services and IAM
- Experience with SSO, MFA, enterprise authentication
- Exposure to SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP)
- Experience supporting RISE with SAP environments
- Experience in chemical manufacturing or process industries
- German language skills are an advantage
Aufgaben
- Act as technical expert for SAP S/4HANA PCE operations and administration
- Manage SAP Basis activities including installations, upgrades, and system refreshes
- Ensure high availability, performance optimization, and system reliability
- Coordinate transport management and release activities across environments
- Monitor SAP systems proactively and analyze performance trends
- Support SAP system monitoring, background job management, and interface monitoring
- Collaborate with SAP, cloud providers, and managed service partners
- Support disaster recovery planning and business continuity processes
- Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Design and implement SAP authorization concepts
- Develop and manage roles, profiles, and authorization objects
- Perform user administration and role maintenance
- Conduct periodic user access reviews and SoD assessments
- Partner with business process owners for secure role designs
- Support SAP Fiori security and application-level access controls
- Troubleshoot complex authorization and security issues
- Support emergency access management and privileged access governance
- Work with Information Security Manager to strengthen security governance
- Ensure SAP systems comply with corporate policies and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate security patching, vulnerability remediation, and system hardening
- Support internal, external, and regulatory audits
- Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies
- Contribute to governance, risk, and compliance initiatives
- Serve as primary subject matter expert for SAP Basis and Authorization
- Provide technical guidance and best-practice recommendations
- Participate in SAP transformation and cloud projects
- Act as escalation point for complex SAP technical and security issues
- Support SAP roadmap planning and platform optimization
- Collaborate with global business and IT teams for alignment
