Anforderungen
- Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Professional experience in SAP procure-to-pay solutions implementation
- Excellent knowledge of end-to-end business processes (supplier management, PO processing, goods/service reception, AP, payment processing, procurement compliance/approvals, cross-functional processes)
- Methodological know-how of local fit-gap analyses and process design
- Strong ability to grasp complex SAP process issues and prepare them for target groups
- Relevant industry knowledge
- Expertise in tools like Signavio and JIRA
- Strong decision-making acumen
- Ability to reach consensus/compromises on process designs
- Experience with SAP R/3
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA
- Experience with relevant third-party business systems
- Excellent conceptual skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Familiarity with German or other languages
- Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 50%)
Aufgaben
- Manage business requirements and design process adaptations within roll-ins
- Analyze regional/segment-specific business requirements for the global SAP S/4HANA system
- Conduct local fit-gap analyses
- Drive adaptation of end-to-end business processes towards harmonization and standardization goals
- Liaise with entity business experts on preparatory work, including data cleansing
- Provide guidance and steer junior hub business experts
- Generate process maps and models for adapted business processes
- Design and own test cases for functional end-to-end tests
- Conduct functional end-to-end tests in SAP S/4HANA
- Contribute to the roll-in of assigned projects in a region
- Contribute to the creation of training materials
- Support end-user training when required
- Drive change and communication activities
- Communicate effectively with all organizational levels
- Manage change proactively by engaging stakeholders
- Facilitate adaptation to new processes and systems
- Prepare training materials for key users and stakeholders
- Actively train key users and stakeholders
