- Fluent German and English
- At least 3 years SAP QM consulting experience
- Ideally one full-cycle SAP implementation project
- Strong hands-on SAP QM configuration and support
- Good understanding of quality management processes
- Experience integrating SAP QM with PP, MM, EWM, PM, SD
- Experience supporting testing, defect resolution, validation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent German (spoken and written)
- Professional English communication skills
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA QM
- Experience in regulated industries
- Experience with quality compliance and validation
- Knowledge of batch management and traceability
- Previous experience in international projects
Aufgaben
- Prepare and facilitate workshops with business stakeholders
- Gather and analyze Quality Management requirements
- Translate business requirements into SAP QM configurations
- Propose effective SAP solutions for quality processes
- Configure and test SAP QM functionalities
- Support integration between SAP QM and other SAP modules
- Maintain and update project documentation
- Create Functional Design Specifications (FDS)
- Support technical teams during development
- Prepare and validate quality-related master data
- Participate in end-to-end testing and UAT
- Resolve defects and provide go-live support
- Collaborate with global and local teams
