- Strong understanding of core commercial processes (Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, HR)
- Understanding of how commercial processes interact in SAP transformations
- Proven knowledge of consulting methods
- Structured problem-solving skills
- Experience with traditional project management approaches
- Experience with agile project management approaches
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Confident presenter at executive and steering committee level
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- High initiative

Aufgaben
- Steer SAP transformation projects
- Manage end-to-end program lifecycle
- Serve as primary client contact
- Ensure project adherence to scope, budget, and timeline
- Design governance models and PMO structures
- Establish steering committee schedules and reporting frameworks
- Lead rollout planning across multiple regions and units
- Plan and execute cutover management
- Conduct mock cutovers and live cutover commands
- Manage program risks and issues
- Identify and address deviations proactively
- Coordinate with system integrators and vendors
- Challenge external service providers
- Oversee post-go-live hypercare phases
- Plan and manage stabilization and SLA monitoring
- Develop and maintain project plans
- Track milestones and report project status
- Prepare and present decision papers
- Support business development activities
- Contribute to proposal development and effort estimations
