- Advise customers as a trusted expert.
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Analyze customer requirements.
- Size SAP landscapes (e.g., S/4HANA) and mission-critical workloads.
- Design complex SAP solutions and architectures, including services.
- Deliver customer presentations on solutions and updates.
- Explain SAP strategy and options to customers and partners.
- Advise on available SAP offerings.
- Help customers identify the best SAP fit.
- Plan, organize, and deliver MCS and SAP training sessions.
- Maintain partner relationships and manage interactions.
- Share knowledge and collaborate with sales specialists.
- Collaborate cross-business-unit to create end-to-end solutions.
