- Strong Business Analysis, Requirements Engineering, Stakeholder Management
- In-depth SAP ECC knowledge with practical customizing experience in manufacturing, warehouse, supply chain, quality management
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, ideally modern SAP Manufacturing technologies like SAP Digital Manufacturing (DM), SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), MES, Industrial IoT, advanced shopfloor integration
- Ability to connect business requirements with IT system capabilities
- Strong communication, facilitation, problem-solving skills
- Ability to critically question existing processes and constructively drive change
- Completed degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or comparable qualification/experience
- Broad functional SAP ECC knowledge with hands-on configuration experience in manufacturing, warehouse, supply chain, quality management
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, modern SAP Manufacturing technologies (SAP DM, EWM, MES, Industrial IoT, shopfloor integration) highly desirable
- Ability to bridge business requirements and system capabilities
- Strong communication, facilitation, problem-solving skills
- Ability to challenge the status quo and drive change collaboratively
- Degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or equivalent professional experience

- Partner with business stakeholders to understand challenges
- Identify opportunities and define solutions
- Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes
- Optimize warehouse, quality, and supply chain processes
- Lead workshops and manage business requirements
- Facilitate decision-making processes
- Translate business needs into scalable solutions
- Drive process standardization and simplification
- Promote continuous improvement across global locations
- Support strategic SAP S/4HANA transformation
- Shape SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives
- Leverage strong SAP ERP customizing experience
- Support legacy SAP solutions (Production Planning plus one module)
- Enhance legacy SAP solutions until retirement
- Collaborate on SAP Manufacturing integration
- Integrate SAP solutions with MES, labeling, and shopfloor technologies
- Ensure seamless end-to-end process execution
- Work with global business and IT teams
- Deliver measurable business value
