- Transform order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes
- Advise senior stakeholders on business requirements
- Conduct Explore/Design workshops
- Define target processes and solution roadmaps
- Design end-to-end SD/MM solutions
- Ensure alignment with SAP best practices
- Supervise configuration and functional specifications
- Develop and oversee testing strategy
- Manage SIT and UAT processes
- Ensure delivery quality and manage risks
- Resolve complex functional issues
- Lead cutover and go-live execution
- Drive hypercare and change management
- Enable key business users
- Mentor and manage consultants
- Contribute to knowledge sharing
- Develop assets and support presales activities
- Create proposals in the SD/MM domain
