- SAP HCM background (is a plus)
- English and preferably fluent in German (B2/C1 level)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or related field
- Ambition and eagerness to learn
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to travel
- SAP Certification or willingness to certify (is a plus)

- Advise clients on integrating HR processes with SAP and non-SAP products
- Implement and configure integration solutions
- Administer integration systems to meet client needs
- Analyze business requirements for integration solutions
- Design and implement custom integrations
- Develop reusable integration products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integrations
- Explore and master the latest SAP technologies and best practices
