Anforderungen
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or related field
- Several years of SAP SD consulting or support experience, ideally in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA
- Experience in SAP projects as team member or (sub-)project lead
- Profound SAP SD processes and configuration knowledge, especially Sales, Pricing, Shipping, Billing, Output Management, and e-Invoicing
- Hands-on SAP SD Customizing experience in SAP ECC and S/4HANA, translating business requirements into system solutions
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Advanced ATP (aATP), including availability check, backorder processing, product allocation, and order fulfillment
- Strong understanding of SAP SD integrations and interfaces, including IDocs, BAPIs, APIs, and middleware solutions
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes within Sales and Distribution (SD)
- Interest in innovative technologies and digital transformation topics
- Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex business processes
- Programming knowledge (e.g., ABAP, debugging, or other development skills) is an advantage
- Experience with ServiceNow, including incident, problem, change, and service request management processes
- Very good written and spoken English skills
- German language skills are considered an advantage
- Willingness to travel (approximately 10%)
Aufgaben
- Consult business on processes, identify issues, and recommend improvements
- Adapt pricing, invoicing, shipping, credit management, and order processing
- Identify and implement system improvements with business departments
- Support S/4HANA migration projects from ECC
- Train and support key and end users
- Create and maintain process documentation, specifications, and training materials
- Pursue new SAP technologies for continuous improvement
