Anforderungen

• •Currently enrolled as a student at a university or university of applied sciences
• •Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Economics, Communication Studies, Information Technology
• •Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
• •Structured and self-driven working style, strong quality awareness, quick comprehension skills, and flexibility
• •Affinity for innovative technologies and IT tools
• •Strong knowledge of the MS Office suite (especially PowerPoint)
• •Commitment, high sense of responsibility, and strong team orientation
• •Initial work experience is an advantage (e.g., internship)
• •Experience working in large companies and creating PowerPoint presentations

• •Support the Central Services team in daily operations

• •Identify and summarize internal business results

• •Evaluate suitable IT tools with an emphasis on AI applications
• •Create and revise PowerPoint presentations
• •Perform general administrative tasks
• •Prepare data for controlling and reporting activities
• •Support vendor and service provider management
