Anforderungen
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- At least 8 years delivering SAP programmes, minimum 3 years leading S/4HANA (or ECC) rollouts/cutovers/go-lives across multiple sites/regions
- Experience in CSV/validated (GxP) environments, with strong documentation and quality discipline
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture, environments, transports, interfaces/integrations, and end-to-end business processes
- Hands-on experience building cutover plans/runbooks and managing dependencies using common tools
- Experience working closely with data migration teams/leads to align cutover sequencing, prerequisites, reconciliation/sign-off points, and wave readiness
- Strong leadership, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, ability to coordinate multiple teams under time-critical conditions
- Proven track record of leading successful go-lives, including managing cutover risk, contingency planning, and decision governance
- Ability to work collaboratively in a global, multicultural environment, including coordination with external system integrators and service providers
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills, calm, structured approach under pressure
Aufgaben
- Plan and coordinate end-to-end cutover activities
- Define and own cutover strategy and governance
- Create and maintain cutover templates and runbooks
- Tailor deployment plans for each wave/site
- Build and manage integrated cutover plans and runbooks
- Lead cutover workshops to confirm prerequisites and readiness
- Coordinate mock cutovers and capture lessons learned
- Establish and track readiness metrics and governance criteria
- Report wave status, risks, and issues to leadership
- Ensure cutover activities meet program quality standards
- Integrate data cutover plans into wave runbooks
- Manage cross-team dependencies and decision points
- Coordinate technical cutover tasks per wave
- Monitor and manage freeze windows and parallel activities
- Lead cutover execution for each wave go-live
- Chair cutover governance checkpoints
- Coordinate stakeholder communications
- Secure wave go/no-go approvals
- Hand over to hypercare/operations with success criteria and documentation
