- Organize information for customer success plans
- Develop internal knowledge-sharing materials for RISE with SAP
- Maintain materials on Clean Core and SAP BTP
- Communicate and follow up on key action items
- Keep stakeholders informed and aligned
- Track customer engagement activities and KPIs
- Monitor value drivers in transformation initiatives
- Learn SAP enterprise architecture methodology and tools
- Gain hands-on experience in global business environments
