- Familiarity with SAP BTP Packages (OMSA, VCP, OMF, OPPS) and integration experience
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing large global enterprise implementation projects
- Knowledge of data modeling for complex B2B/B2C processes and analytical tools
- Familiarity with process mining tools (Signavio) and Six Sigma certification (advantageous)
- Product Owner Certification with SCM and SD know-how (advantageous)
Aufgaben
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Align stakeholders and guide development team
- Create, prioritize, and maintain product backlog
- Ensure backlog reflects stakeholder needs and delivers value
- Drive digital transformation for customer experience and sales enablement
- Collaborate with customers, business leaders, and development teams
- Gather requirements and feedback
- Lead technical direction from customer experience perspective
- Participate in sprint planning meetings
- Clarify requirements and priorities
- Review sprint deliverables for alignment with product vision
- Analyze market trends and business models
- Translate strategies into actionable IT plans
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders
- Provide consultative advice on technology investments
- Ensure technology investments align with business outcomes
- Bridge business and technology teams
- Ensure product delivers value to users
- Enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
