Anforderungen
- Completed vocational training as a chemistry or biology laboratory technician
- First hands-on laboratory experience or fresh graduate
- Knowledge of GxP and chemical laboratory conduct rules
- Good IT user knowledge of Excel and SAP
- Fluency in English; German proficiency advantageous
- Quality-oriented personality and understanding of customer service
- Openness to customer concerns and process improvement
Aufgaben
- Annotate and register all samples
- Receive and hand over samples using tracking systems
- Ship samples and prepare shipment documents
- Order cool and frozen transports
- Provide samples and documents to the courier
- Take over samples from the lab
- Check completeness of shipped materials and documents
- Store samples in appropriate conditions in fridges and freezers
- Document storage and transfer of samples in the inventory system
- Label incoming and outgoing samples
- Aliquot samples as needed
- Review qualification documentation
- Coordinate maintenance activities as needed
- Perform temperature monitoring every three months
- Prepare formal invoices for customs activities
- Help create work instructions and SOPs for laboratory services
