In this role, you will manage laboratory samples and testing schedules while ensuring timely communication about any delays. Daily responsibilities include preparing reports, coordinating with various departments, and supporting continuous improvement efforts.

Anforderungen

• •Training as a chemical or biological laboratory technician, chemical-technical, biological-technical assistant, or administrative assistant
• •Initial professional experience in a comparable position
• •Good computer skills (MS Office)
• •Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
• •Experience in a GMP-regulated environment is desirable
• •Reliability, resilience, and teamwork skills
• •Careful, independent, and structured way of working

Aufgaben

• •Coordinate laboratory samples and test scheduling
• •Monitor and communicate timelines and delays in testing
• •Support continuous improvement of testing with reports and statistics
• •Distribute and ship samples to laboratories
• •Prepare laboratory reports, certificates, and statistics
• •Scan and track incoming samples using SAP
• •Coordinate raw material testing timelines with Supply Chain
• •Provide and print raw data logbooks for the German laboratory
• •Assist with procurement processes in the laboratory
