Anforderungen
- Hands-on Salesforce development experience

- Mentoring engineers through code reviews, design critiques, and pairing sessions
- Salesforce Platform Developer II and Administrator certifications required
- Application Architect, System Architect, AI Associate/Specialist or Integration Architecture Designer certifications strongly preferred
- Willingness to own architecture, standards, and platform governance
- Interest in mentoring through code reviews and design critiques
- Comfort working across multiple domains (platform, integrations, DevOps, cross-team alignment)
- Curiosity about emerging AI/Agentforce capabilities

- Own the technical health, design, and governance of the Salesforce platform, including Apex, LWC, Flow, data model, security model, and permission sets
- Define and enforce coding standards, AI practices, and governor limit strategies
- Lead release management, sandbox strategy, and DevOps/CI-CD pipelines
- Oversee Salesforce integrations with marketing automation, ERP, HR, and enrichment tools, utilizing API-led connectivity, event-driven patterns, and middleware
- Assess and champion adoption of new Salesforce features and AI/Agentforce capabilities
- Lead design reviews and technical RFCs before major builds
- Run code reviews to teach and raise the team's technical ceiling
- Mentor and coach mid-to-senior engineers on solution trade-offs, integration impact, scalability, and observability
- Translate business requirements and company OKRs into technical briefs
- Connect engineering and product stakeholders
