Sales Specialist – Battery Sourcing(m/w/x)
Sourcing second-life-ready EV batteries from scrapyards and fleet operators for a B2B marketplace. Existing network in automotive after-market or battery sourcing required. Performance-based bonus, flexible hours.
Anforderungen
- Professional network in scrapyard, auto-repair, automotive after-market, or battery sourcing sector
- Interest/experience in battery industry and engaging with scrapyards, auto-repair, or automotive after-market
- Track record of closing contracts with scrap-yard operators, workshops, fleet managers, or dismantlers
- Strong negotiation, contract-management, and stakeholder-management skills
- Hands-on, 'get-things-done' attitude; comfortable with field visits and on-site evaluations
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating across teams
- Experience in GreenTech, platform business, or Energy-Tech startups
- Technical background in battery chemistry/diagnostics
- Fluent German and English (written & spoken)
- Existing network of contacts in European battery-scrap ecosystem
- Knowledge of EU WEEE regulations
- Experience with CRM & data-visualization tools (e.g., Salesforce, Power BI)
- Passion for electric mobility & sustainable energy solutions
Aufgaben
- Secure high-quality, second-life-ready batteries from various sources
- Engage with scrapyards, auto-repair workshops, fleet operators, and dismantlers
- Onboard battery trading partners to the digital marketplace
- Negotiate acquisition contracts and long-term supply agreements
- Conduct on-site assessments with technical partners
- Maintain a live supplier intelligence database
- Align sourcing targets with demand from OEMs and other stakeholders
- Prepare sales and sourcing reports for senior leadership
- Represent Circunomics at industry events and trade fairs
- Provide market insights to Product and Tech teams
- Support strategic marketing campaigns and webinars
