Aufgaben

  • Investigate sales opportunities and root causes
  • Escalate process or system gaps with the General Manager
  • Oversee the Sales & Service team
  • Execute exceptional guest experiences on the floor
  • Assess guest connection and product education levels
  • Coach team members to address performance gaps
  • Build daily client relationships with customers
  • Ensure effective sales floor coverage
  • Develop workforce solutions
  • Lead selling initiatives throughout the store
  • Partner with the General Manager on sales strategy
  • Implement sales strategy with the Sales & Service team
  • Represent the business in meetings and calls
  • Manage the budget and business data
  • Monitor sales metrics and expenses
  • Inform planning processes, including business reviews
  • Plan for future business needs to ensure performance
  • Ensure the team communicates ALO's mission and principles
  • Lead the team through accountability and coaching
  • Develop talent within the team
  • Elevate communication within the Operations and Visual team
  • Establish internal and external pipelines
  • Develop succession planning and recruitment strategies
  • Write effective schedules aligned with business strategy
  • Oversee execution of the ALO Sales and Service Model
  • Protect operational efficiency
  • Collaborate with business partners to support organizational goals
  • Implement the General/Store Manager's vision
  • Navigate the organization balancing business needs and brand culture
