- Experience in health sector similar role
- Experience in international company (advantageous)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Understanding of CRM systems and sales processes
- Valid driving license and travel willingness
- Fluent German and strong English skills
- Ability to conduct solution-oriented sales
- Capability in customer segmentation and targeting
- Understanding of competitive market dynamics
Aufgaben
- Manage and grow existing and future accounts
- Exceed established sales and service objectives
- Develop territory plans based on customer segmentation
- Analyze customer potential and competitive dynamics
- Build trust-based partnerships and long-term business plans
- Organize sales meetings to increase client penetration
- Acquire new accounts through targeted commercial activities
- Implement marketing and training activities to drive growth
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on customer-focused solutions
- Maintain compliant and accurate reporting within the CRM
- Provide critical weekly and monthly territory forecasts
- Manage consignment stock and online returns
- Handle warranty cases and use NobelSwift tools
