Anforderungen

  • Professional sales experience or bachelor's/master's degree in medical technology, medicine, or business administration with sales interest
  • 2-3 years sales experience in medical devices or similar
  • Effective work with sales management and customers, following sales processes
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Good written and spoken German and English
  • Clean B driving licence

Aufgaben

  • Achieve AOP targets for west Austrian territory
  • Increase market share in surgical valve products
  • Build ethical business relationships with customers
  • Lead selling activities with multiple stakeholders
  • Identify and contact sales prospects
  • Support surgeons and theatre personnel
  • Present and sell products to clients
  • Prepare presentations and sales contracts
  • Collaborate with local marketing on national objectives
  • Develop and execute account strategies using CRM
