New customer acquisition for B2B MES/ERP software in DACH, leading discovery sessions and product demos. 2-5 years B2B software sales, ideally MES/ERP, with proven hunter mindset required. Personal coaching from experienced Head of Sales.
Anforderungen
- 2-5 years B2B software sales experience, ideally niche MES or ERP systems
- Proven hunter mindset (outbound prospecting, cold outreach, lead qualification)
- Experience selling solutions (consultative selling)
- Comfort speaking with business and technical stakeholders
- Basic understanding of sales KPIs (pipeline, conversion rates, deal velocity)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
- Additional languages a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain trusted customer relationships
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Experience navigating complex customer organizations

Aufgaben
- Proactively identify and approach new customers
- Win new customers in the DACH region
- Conduct sales prospecting and qualification
- Lead discovery sessions and product demos
- Provide sales proposal support
- Build and manage a sales opportunity pipeline
- Utilize CRM for pipeline management
- Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns
- Support Marketing with inbound leads
- Assist Marketing with outbound initiatives
- Collaborate on deal strategy and pricing
- Close larger sales opportunities
- Represent the company at customer meetings
- Represent the company at industry events
- Continuously improve sales skills
- Enhance product and market knowledge
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Act as a trusted client advisor
- Serve as primary client contact
- Develop and execute account strategies
- Drive customer satisfaction and retention
- Achieve account revenue growth
- Identify and pursue new business in DACH
- Hunt for new customer accounts
- Expand existing customer accounts
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
- Expand service portfolio for customers
- Drive incremental revenue
- Collect customer feedback regularly
- Collaborate on product and service improvement
- Ensure product and service alignment
- Provide regular updates to management
- Report on account status and pipeline
